At Ranjana’s Studio, every product is crafted with care and attention to detail. We value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. This policy outlines our approach to returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@ranjanasstudio.in with photos and order details.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
We cannot accept returns for:
Used candles or partially consumed products.
Customized or personalized items.
Gift boxes or promotional items.
Items purchased during clearance or sale events.
Once your return is approved, we will initiate:
A replacement (if inventory is available), or
A refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@ranjanasstudio.in with photos and order ID. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund after review.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Customers are responsible for shipping items back to us unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect product). We recommend using a trackable courier service.
